Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must fulfill the following criteria:
• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging and fit for resale.
• It must have been purchased from our website for full price.

Unfortunately we do not pay for shipping costs on returns so you will need to make sure the correct postage is applied and a proof of posting obtained.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Returns will be refunded minus the original postage cost.

If your returned goods are not in the condition required then we will email you within 3 days of receiving your items. You will be offered a return value equivalent to selling the goods on our outlet pages.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you bought the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for a different size in the same style.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must fulfill the following criteria:
• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging and fit for resale.
• It must have been purchased from our website for full price.

Please send us an email first with your request to hello@poconido.com and then send your item to the address below.

Your first exchange on any order is free of charge. We will send your replacement item out and pay the postage costs for you. If you need to exchange the same item again then postage will be charged.

Unfortunately we do not pay for return shipping costs on exchanges so you will need to make sure the correct postage is applied and a proof of posting obtained before you send your items back to us.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.

If you are returning items over $60, you should consider using a traceable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should always ask for a proof of postage.

Faulty Goods

If your returned item is deemed faulty, you will be refunded in full and return shipping costs will be paid by us. Please email us first as it may not be necessary to return your goods.
